Whether you want the responsibility or not, it doesn’t matter. The fact is this: YOU (yes you!) are a business owner and CEO. You might not think so given you don’t run a company that offers a product or service; however, this is a false understanding of reality. The reality of the matter is you 100% “do” offer a service/product and you need to make sure it is worth as much as possible.
