Would you at least consider the thoughts of someone who is a billionaire and has 250,000 employees in their company? I would hope so! Sure, we don’t want to blindly follow anyone just because they have a huge net worth; however, I believe it is wise to at least hear them out and come to our own conclusion. In this episode we talk about four traits that Jamie Dimon believes creates success and overall effectiveness. The good news is these are traits that we can all implement. For some of us it may be harder than others, but that does not take away from the fact that with a focused effort, you can work on these traits and put yourself in the best possible position to succeed.
